Little Leopard Ad Hoc Session - Friday 13th February

As families become busier throughout the year, we are pleased to introduce ad hoc sessions at Little Leopards. You can book for your child to be looked after from 15:00 to 17:30 for the cost of £15. During these sessions, the team will provide a variety of engaging activities, including arts and crafts, creative projects, painting, and sensory play, all designed to support learning and enjoyment in a relaxed environment.

Terms & Conditions

• I understand that Little Leopards does not accept children who are unwell. If my child becomes unwell during their stay with them, they will contact the Parent/Careers' listed above at the earliest opportunity. I understand that while every attempt will be made to contact them, there may be a situation when it is deemed necessary to administer basic first aid to my child (of which a written record will be kept) and in case of emergency call the emergency services.
• I will inform Little Leopards by phone or email on the day in question if my child is unable attend due to illness or other unexpected event.
• I agree to collect my child, when contacted by a member of staff, if they become ill and to keep them at home until they are well.
• Fees are the responsibility of the person who signed the Terms and Conditions form or who has parental responsibility for the child.

• A fee of £20 will be charged, for each occasion that a child is picked up after 5:30pm from the After School Club.

• One month’s written notice must be given to cancel a child’s place at After School Club. On cancellation a refund will be provided for the period when the student will not attend, provided the space can be re-allocated to another student.
• I understand that Little Leopards are not to be held responsible for any damage or loss to clothing or any other personal belongings.
