You can book for your child to be looked after from 15:00 to 17:30 for the cost of £15. If my child becomes unwell during their stay with them, they will contact the Parent\/Careers' listed above at the earliest opportunity. I understand that while every attempt will be made to contact them, there may be a situation when it is deemed necessary to administer basic first aid to my child (of which a written record will be kept) and in case of emergency call the emergency services.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eI will inform Little Leopards by phone or email on the day in question if my child is unable attend due to illness or other unexpected event.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eI agree to collect my child, when contacted by a member of staff, if they become ill and to keep them at home until they are well.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFees are the responsibility of the person who signed the Terms and Conditions form or who has parental responsibility for the child.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cspan\u003eA fee of £20 will be charged, for each occasion \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003ethat a child is picked up after 5:30pm from the After School Club.\u003c\/span\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan\u003eOne month’s written notice must be given to cancel a child’s place at After School Club.
