Kimchi Evening

You will be taken through all the steps to prepare your own spicy and perfectly fermented Korean Kimchi. You will be provided with everything you need:

• All the ingredients; Chinese Cabbage, pear, white radish, chilli powder, etc
• All the equipment; pots, jars etc

You will take home your own supply of perfect Kimchi for you and your family (well at least the ones who appreciate spicy food!)
